Privacy policy
We handle health information as protected data and collect only what is needed to dispense and deliver your order safely.
Information we collect
Contact details, delivery address, order contents, prescription and pharmacist review records, and payment status (never full card numbers).
For fraud prevention and pharmacy recordkeeping we also log the IP address, browser user agent and timestamp attached to each order. This is disclosed to you at checkout.
How we use it
To verify prescriptions, dispense and ship orders, provide support, meet pharmacy recordkeeping obligations and detect fraudulent orders.
Payment data
Card details are captured directly by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor in hosted fields. HealthPrimeRX never receives or stores full card numbers or security codes.
Sharing
We share information only with the licensed pharmacists reviewing your order, delivery carriers, our payment processor, and regulators or authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal or health information.
Retention
Prescription and dispensing records are retained for the period required by applicable pharmacy law. Other account data is deleted on request where retention is not required.
