Shipping policy

Over-the-counter and wellness orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are normally processed the same day. Prescription orders are only processed after a licensed pharmacist has verified a valid prescription, which typically adds one business day.

Standard delivery arrives in 3–5 business days. Express delivery arrives in 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates begin when the order leaves our pharmacy, not when the order is placed.

All medication ships in tamper-evident, child-resistant packaging with the pharmacy label, patient information leaflet and, where required, temperature-controlled materials.

Some prescription medicines require an adult signature on delivery. If nobody is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.

Every order receives an order number in the form ORD-000000. Use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email to view live status.

We currently ship within the United States only. We cannot ship prescription medication to addresses where dispensing would not comply with state pharmacy law.
